"The treatment of lichen is one of the many effective topical antifungal creams such as miconazole (Tinactin) or clotrimazole (Lotrimin). Some of these antifungal creams are available without a prescription. The treatment can take several weeks. Only the treatment within a week after the disappearance of Symptoms do not guarantee eradication. "http://www.drgreene.org/body.cfm?id=21&a ...

My son had ringworm. You need an Rx for the clarification. Do not wait too long, and if left too long can penetrate the skin and take longer to heal.

No Ringworm is a fungus. You need to get an anti-fungal cream, especially for her.

Is the child younger than 2, you should have a doctor for treatment. Some creams, where you can buy without a prescription would be hampered if for any reason to leak. He also wants absolutely sure that it braid and otherwise determine, because they are not in a position where they are collected.

I am a country girl and moth growth was common. What has been the absolute best way to swim in a chlorinated pool 3 to 4 times per day, the chlorine dries the skin by killing the fungus. We also used the cream, lichen, but always clear, twice as fast in the summer when we could swim a lot.

Make sure all your bedding, blankets, clothes, mats, car seat covers swing, etc. .. Wash in hot water if you do not, you can have the (to be dry cleaned for them I think the use of chemicals that kill fungus). Everything that has come into contact with the skin of their needs and that means washing of clothes and bedding and can. Treat clERVICE in the same way would be if the head lice.

Good luck and do not let it go untreated, it can actually cause permanent scarring of internal fungal infections and if not caught early enough.
