Need help working car alarm remote control. Help programming and finding.? - alarm remote programming

Well, I have a Pioneer alarm (the old remote was a pioneer of work), however, was low. This car comes with a remote party, but a generic brand. I bought new batteries for the remote control since the last was dead, the powers that I see the LED, but no reaction with the car. Also I have no idea what the distance is more than a remote cable.
