Aloha and I live on the side of Lahaina, and I want to go Sansei in Kapalua. This is my favorite restaurant. They have everything, and it is expensive, but the food is excellent. Book before you leave, they have to wait long to get there.
Since the reaction of others, I recommend Sansei. They have two locations for the location Kapalua is the closest to where you stay. If you spend the day on the coast of Wailea, which is closer to the location of Kihei. Go for menus, phone numbers and maps www.sanseihawaii.com. You'll also notice that they have early bird specials (25% discount on all orders placed before 6pm) and special evening (50%) in the nights of the scheduled time and if, as we liked it so much they decided to re - and again! It is always a must-go for us if we are in Maui!
If you do a search with the words: "Japanese Restaurant Lahaina" is to be executed will begin on 4 restaurants, the sushi in Lahaina.
DK Octopus is a restaurant that is operated by a company as a Sansei. Sansei Restaurant is a buffet sushi is generally very good.
Hawaii is a Japanese sushi restaurant, which is probably very good.
