Implants can be done through the armpit, and also through the belly button! My brother-in-law is a plastic surgeon and the practice is not - leave the implant through the navel no scars.
I do not know whether the woman is not in the photo breast implant through the armpit, or. There are other operations which involves a cut in the armpit, so it is hard to say.
