Sinus Infection: Should I put salt water up my nose? - what does salt with water do for sinus
I've heard that salt water is good for the nasal passages, if you have a sinus infection or not.
What happens is that I am. Should I snort some salt water? Should I water and snort a few lines of table salt? Has anyone else tried and can testify to its effects on health?

DO not snort salt water, for the love of God. It is not just the salt in it - there are all kinds of unknown substances.
Take a glass of warm water (not hot), light (not hard) of salt water and use a baby nasal syringe, or an ear syringe - cheap in every pharmacy. Use regular old table salt in the kitchen - there is no reason to spend a lot of money. Tilt your head back and threw salt in the depths of a nostril. Salt water irrigation of the sinuses can be very useful if you have a sinus infection or allergies.
Salt is nice, but eating raw jalapeno squeeze juice.
LOL I'm not suggesting. Will probably burn like hell. However, if I have a sore throat my parents I always gargle with warm salt water, and it is always useful. I have always when I feel my throat begins to get angry. I do not know if it helps you, though through the nose.
No, it would be too hard on the nose. At Walgreens, Rite Aid, or whatever, a bottle of saline nasal spray. It takes less than five U.S. dollars and spray in each nostril. Cheap, fast and will help you. My husband still has something in his briefcase.
Buy extra Kleenex, because your nose is running. Garlic Capsules ... sorry! Encourage your system.
